Shipping times listed reflect the time it takes for the package to
travel from our distribution center to your door. To determine how
long it will take for your package to arrive from the moment of your
order, add the availability time to the shipping time.
(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, an item marked as "usually shipped within 2 to 3 days"
and sent using WorldMail will usually leave our distribution center on
the second or third business day and reach you on the ninth to
twenty-fourth business day.
A Note about Standard Shipping: Packages sent via standard shipping go
by surface mail. Shipping time varies widely depending on
destination. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 3
weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the U.K., 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and
Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer surface mail shipping for
international orders containing compact discs.
